Apple Kale Smoothie

Note

Should it not be possible to obtain kale, fresh leaf spinach may be used instead.

  • Glass bowl

ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces Kale leaves Wash, remove ribs and cut into small pieces
  • 2 baking apples Wash, quarter and core
  • 0.5 piece avocado Halve, remove stone and skin, cut into pieces
  • 1 orange squeeze
  • 7 fl.oz. water
  • 11 ounces Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp (white) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 pinch chili flakes

instructions

1. Place water and orange juice into the mixer beaker.

2. Add the apples and avocado, and then purée. Then gradually add the pieces of leaf and ice cubes.

3. Season to taste with white balsamic vinegar, agave juice and chilli flakes.

serving

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
